The past 2 days had been total madness for PPP posties. The company was throwing out 1K worth of ops to the masses. Without segmentation or regards to PR ranking. That could only mean one thing. Plenty of restless caffeine junkie and lethargic folks wondering around.

I would know. I am one of them. I was not feeling well but well enough in spirit to stay up until ridiculous hours just to see the ops rolled out and immediately turned grey. (reserved)

For the life of me, I honestly fail to see the point. Was PPP trying to jam their own server enticing these posties to circle like vulture waiting for its prey? What higher purpose does it serve? Beats the hell out of me.

    To keep Asian Bloggers happy?

With the new Wednesday deal, he’s attempting even more… keeping the rest of the world happy. … (except some US posties not happy..)

To see who are the kiasu lot…when i started the blogging thing, I only had one thing in mind, to have something to do while being at home. Then I stumbled across blogs doing this thing called paid post. It seemed interesting. But somehow, me and my luck, we’re no 2 peas in a pod. By the time I feel like doing something, somehow there are so many people out there already doing it to a point where like now, from what I gather PPP are getting more stringent on posties. Whr these allegations that PPP is being ridiculous and nit-picking, honestly I don’t know cos I haven’t been around so much. Probably to a certain extent yes and the reason could only be one thing - supply exceed demand.

p.s : I’m trying out this nuffnang thing cos everyone seemed to have one and I thought it might look cool on my blog kekek…and I actually got RM0.10!! I must thank that kind soul who bothered to click..heheh…so go show me some love and tell me my daugther looks cute!!!

I’ve heard of some ugly instances when I prowl through the net. I’ve seen some good posts and I’ve seen some ‘less than satisfactory’ posts from bloggers. I’ve seen some bloggers blatantly abusing the PPP Terms of Service(TOS) and I, as a postie myself cannot say I can condone any bad behaviour merely because we are abang adik from the same country. :-) I’ve heard many innocent mama bloggers getting cleared and I think the finger should not be pointed at PPP, but at those rotten apples that spoil the crop. Because of a few bad apples, many innocent bloggers are suffering. But then, I do have faith in the PPP system. It’s the old fashion saying.. if you have done nothing wrong, there is nothing to fear.” lol

If you like to write paid posts, go ahead. Don’t let those stories frighten you. So far *touchwood* I’ve not encountered problems with PPP. :-) Don’t let other people’s bad experience affect your choice. Just find out for yourself. :-) I had put down the ad on my blog. (Advertlets) I’m going to be very frank. If you’re thinking of putting up an ad becos it looks cute, go ahead! :-) On the other hand if you’re thinking of making money, forget it. Personal blogs DO NOT benefit much from those Adsense and other advertorials. I’ve just earned RM5+ from Advertlets for the past 2 months….. I can earn USD5 with just one paid post. lol
