I remembered I had dinner one day at the femes Bak Kut Teh stall in PJ and this swanking new Merc pulled up the fence. I thought wah some hot shot coming to eat in here?? Then the owner got out wearing pasar malam slippers, shorts and pagoda singlet!! He came in and helped take orders. I realised then that he is the taukeh la. So, from then on, I am quite weary of people dressed like that, they could be carrying a wad of cash in their baggy shorts...LOL P.S : Me scouting for own domain. :P True.
