When I worked at a hospital the software was so out of date (and I couldn't seem to update it) that I couldn't even see most flash sites. If the site was completely flash I just couldn't view it. So I grew to hate flash :P My dislike has eased, I've seem some nice usage of it, but often it's not nice. I totally agree.
