I blogged about the blogs that got sidelined by Blogrush during the recent ’sweep’ that supposedly to ensure only quality blogs are included in their system. I found the list of blogs that were sidelined (at the bottom of my old post) and needless to say, curiosity got better of me. I went to check them out.

I’m in awe. Really, I am. Those were some real good blogs there. Heck, I got to say if those blogs do not meet Blogrush ’stringent’ QC, maybe I seriously ought to check out those on their widget the next time I chanced upon it.

Hope I won’t be disappointed with those that met its stringent QC. Is that possible?

You’ll find that many good blogs were eliminated for ‘poor quality’ while there are many “made for affiliate marketing” blogs still in the system.

Another observation I’ve made is a lot of sites weren’t manually reviewed but failed a ‘bot review first. For example, most blogs with ‘free’ in the URL were dropped.

Frank C - Thanks for dropping by and sharing your insight.. .. That’s one good point regarding blogs with the ‘free’ word in the URL being dropped.
I’ll try to find the word from those blogs that got accepted into the system. Wanna find out is Blogrush doing wonders for their traffic after the cleanup… :-)
