If you change to the fonts that only you have and not those default ones that everyone has, it will only look nice in your computer. To others, it still looks the same. Thats the reason you see themes have at least 3 or 4 choices of fonts listed. If one is unavailable to some, the next font takes over. Talking about fonts.
