My right template column that is. Hope nobody is expecting something else…. I’ve been looking at my right side column and it looks wrong. I guess the right column is too short and is making my template a little weird with a funny green thing hanging in mid air.
I’ve been thinking what I can do to the thing. I wanted some pictures but I try not to put ads there. I know many blogs look tasteful with ads, but since I’m already doing a little PP here, I don’t want to look like a money face.
Talking about ads on blogs, I have nothing against them provided they are tastefully done. Really, I don’t have much issue if it’s not exactly in my face. I can always ignore them and not click. The kind of ads that irritates the hell out of me are those that are pushed right into your face. I don’t know what those ads are called. Sometimes when you go into a blog, those ads will pop up in another window right in front of you. I hate that.
Some of the blogs I visit uses them. If you are one of them, I hope you can reconsider if you care zit about your readers. It’s just plain rude to have the thing pop up in another window and even more rude to have your readers close the damn thing everytime they visit your blog. In all honesty, unless it’s one great blog, I won’t even want to go again.

why don”t you just move the archives over, that should even thing up a bit I think. This theme is widgetised I presume.
I adopted a different approach, I used the graphics of ads to create a breakage within a long line of words. It’s essential because my posts are usually long, and it can be tiring for one to read long posts when they do. Hopefully that can ease reading a little bit. The ads should not obstruct reading like what you said, popups and all. I hate that absolutely. If I hate it myself, I see no reason why I should do that to my readers.
Suggestions suggestions… how about putting up social charity buttons like mine? You can go for smaller ones to even up the two sidebars. Otherwise, how about small graphical buttons of your blog plus the code, made available for readers to link you other than just text links? Perhaps, you can even find a widget that allows you to control news feed - particularly from your country that will interest your local readers?
Costa - yes, this theme comes with widgets. But then look at my archives. lol It’s just as short. Dang, if only this blog is old as me then I have no worries.. lol
Ed - Firstly, OMG look at the time.. 4.29am? hahahha you don’t sleep don’t you? lol Yes, your blog looks nice. Even the book display looks good.. not tacky at all. Hmm I never thought of newsfeed.. but then now that you mentioned it, I will look for it. Yeah, charity button is nice too.

Well you don’t need to put all I assume? Maybe you just want to put a selected few like Free Mammograms to support the breast cancer cause, or maybe free books for kids so they have things to study and read. It’s all very meaningful.
