“Squeeze every drop of lemon juice dry and while at it, keep the peel for the fridge.”

That is what my former boss used to say. Make good use of every resources because you’ve already paid for the lemon.

Businesses pay big money for advertising, telemarketing, road-shows and all to create a name for themselves and more importantly, hope to reach out to potential clients. After everything is said and done, there is always still more to do. The follow-up on your leads. Without this, it’s just half value for all the resources and hardwork spent.

To ensure businesses get every ounce of value from their marketing quest, this is where Sales Lead Management comes to play the crucial role of following up on the leads generated. The Lead Dogs is a lead development company that prided itself with their business philosophy of partnering with their clients for long-term business relationship. You can probably tell by their name ‘The Lead Dogs‘. Dogs are afterall man’s best friend.

Question time. Will anyone buy their prescription glasses and frame online?

Only if you save a bomb edging out the middleman and all overhead expenses those nice optical shops had to contend with. Believe it or not, shops do mark up those glass frame 200%. I would know. My uncle used to own an optical shop before he migrated to Australia.

You don’t have to take my word for it. Check out Great Discovry:$ 8 Prescription Glasses From Zenni Optical and compare their prices online. There’s a good selection of fashionable frames from the site and you get your glasses shipped to you at USD4.95 flat, right to your doorstep.

That is the convenience of online shopping. You can always check their site and do your price checking discreetly online. There is no pesky sales person to bother you.

Hubby’s project will be ending early February 2008 and honestly, it is the time we will go and spend some long deserved vacation. Working on project basis meant long hours and no leave so once it is finished, husband and I will definitely go all out with a vengeance. The only dilemma is should we opt for the safe route and join a tour, or for once, look up a city guide and go totally DIY.

Where would we go? I’ve always wanted to go Disneyland, the happiest place on earth. Getting a good USA Hotel Guide is easy and I’ve set my sight on Anaheim, LA. According to the guide, without a doubt Anaheim totally works for me with Disneyland, The Wax Museum and Sea World. I’ll pass on the shopping though. Hubby and I aren’t exactly going no holds barred financially unless with a twist of fate we strike lottery.

While at it, you can bet hubby and I will look for the cheapest accommodation around. At the moment, Disneys Paradise Pier Hotel sounds like our budget though according to the site review there are mixed opinions about room cleanliness and service. Thank God for those little customer reviews but then beggars cannot be choosers. For me the important consideration is if it suits my budget.

If I can go Disneyland, I won’t mind sleeping on the hotel floor. Yeah, love it this much.

Provident Capital the Florida based licensed mortgage lender which prided itself on their dynamic professional team of mortgage advisers will have an uphill battle in view of the recent case brought forth by the Atlanta court against Mohamad Zein and the company.

The question will be of course will Provident Capital pull through and restore confidence to their clients? It is going to be an uphill battle but the final outcome will only be measured by future performance record and what strategy Provident Capital chose to adopt to restore public confidence.

I guess when you have something to prove, you will naturally try twice as hard. That could only mean a win-win situation for Provident Capital’s clients. Just hope folks will not write off the corporation that fast.

Firstly, let me be the first to raise my hands and admit I am the clueless blogger.

When I first started blogging, things were way simpler then. All I need to know is know how to type and publish my post on my free Blogger blog. Incorporating a YouTube video in the post is already an accomplishment in itself. Those were the days. The days before bloggers realized they can actually make a little side income by monetizing their blogs.

When monetization comes into the picture, so do words like SEO, blog marketing, link baiting and social networking. With money in the picture, comes greater incentive to know more about making even more money. Honestly, no bloggers who are serious about earning a buck or two (modestly speaking) would not read-up and try to pick up a tip or two from those ‘professional bloggers’ or make money blogs.

For those who are constantly on the lookout for internet marketing tips, Allinanchor.com is a good place to start. This site covers everything from web design, marketing tips to SEO pointers. The thing that gets me is the fact most articles are straight to the point and in plain English. Nobody needs to be a pro to understand the articles. This is an important consideration for newbies like me who is just starting to explore the potential of blog monetization.

I admit blogging is getting more complicating than before after money comes into the equation. I know this sounds cliche, but the honest to goodness truth is, if blogging is something you have a passion for, monetization is just the bonus.

Just the other day husband and I were lamenting about the sad state of economy our country is going through. It is the same story no matter which part of the world you are residing. The small guys in the business world are the ones getting hit the hardest. Big companies obviously have enough business diversification and funds to pull through.

Small to medium businesses are usually at risk being burden with financial difficulties by the very fact they just do not have enough financial resources and diversity plans to pull through hard times. For small to medium business owners, ARF (Advance Restaurant Finance) provides fast easy business loans from $500 to $500,000 with minimum paperwork hassle. Loan applications are processed quickly giving borrowers the flexibility in financing options.

How is ARF different from any other financial institution? Well, for starters they do not limit their borrowings to folks with perfect credit history.

I usually try catching my holiday break during end of the year because that is the time where the long holidays are. But, since my husband is now working on project basis, that means he does not have the luxury of having fixed holidays. He can only take his break when his project is over. This arrangement is screaming disruption to our holiday plans. But then there is not much we can do about it when we are out to earn a living.

We had initially planned to visit Petra in Jordan and Egypt. I had been to both places previously before my marriage but my husband has yet. Hubby and I usually get good travel deals if we purchase our travel booking early during those travel fair. The only problem now is the unpredictability of my husband’s project dateline. In view of that, I now does my holiday planning online and look out for last minute deal offered by Holiday Hypermarket.

I will be honest here because the fact is, husband and I cannot exactly afford luxurious over the top holidays. We usually check out cheap flights to Egypt and other last minute travel deal from Holiday Hypermarket. This online UK based travel site is easy to navigate and has millions of travel deals to suit my budget.

ace_website001002.jpgAllow me to indulge in a little wonderment. I had always an obsession with niche objects. I love the jukebox, pin-ball machine and slot machine. Yes, slot machine or better known locally as ‘tiger machine‘ which presence grace every casinos in the world.

As with niche object, the thing that never fail to make me wonder is, where on earth do people get those? Honest, these niche objects are not exactly stuff you can find in your local mall. I guess I found my answer and can now put to rest a few of my wonderment.

Ace Distributing makes the best slot machine games since 1975. This company in Nevada has been selling, buying, trading and repairing slot machine for the past 30 over years. I guess if I ever want games and slot machine for my own personal amusement I know where to look.

golden_report.jpgTo be honest, anyone wanting to get to the ‘enough money‘ stage is not hard. Just get a job and adhere to some personal financial guidelines, you will be fine. The fact is, most if not all do not relish the idea of dwelling in the ‘enough money’ stage. Nobody dislike money. Wealth though is not the key to everything but, it is enough for many to know wealth meant freedom.

There are plenty of financial books out there but one thing is for certain. Nobody can amass wealth and breakthrough the énough money’ stage by working for people. That is a fact. It is no secret but starting your own business is a step riddled with fear. I guess that is why many do not dare to venture out of their comfort zone.

While starting a new business from scratch is the usual route people take, but, there are shortcuts like just buying over an existing business. According to Richard Parker, the rule #7 of buying a business is the fact, there are more bad owners than bad businesses. The crucial element is not the business itself, it is the person running it.

Of course knowing how to run and buy a business is an art form. Who is Richard Parker? He is the Entrepreneurship faculty member of Trump University. Yes, Donald Trump University. The special How to Buy a Business report consisting of the 10 golden rule of buying a business is available for free download to give you an overview of Richard Parker’s pointers. Like I say, this report is an overview just touching the tip of the iceberg. If you think the report makes sense, there is now a comprehensive home study course available.
